PRISMA Extensions

Several extensions to PRISMA have been developed to cover aspects of reporting not captured in the main 2020 Statement. These extensions provide reporting guidance for reviews that, for example, address particular review questions (e.g. diagnostic test accuracy), or use particular data sources (e.g. individual participant data). Developing a new PRISMA extension

If you are interested in developing a new PRISMA 2020 extension, please complete the application form available here and email it to prismastatement@gmail.com. The PRISMA Executive will consider your proposal against the criteria for approving new PRISMA extensions at our next meeting (which occur every two months).
