PRISMA-Equity
The PRISMA-Equity extension was published in 2012. It provides guidance for reporting
equity-focused systematic reviews in order to help reviewers identify, extract,
and synthesize evidence on equity in systematic reviews. Health inequity is defined
as unfair and avoidable differences in health.
